If you already know me, you know that the astrological aspect is usually less exciting to me than the historical one. Historical narratives and the lens of ancient cultures – that’s what gets me inspired.
The Lion’s Gate is not some modern spiritual trend, but ancient, passed-down knowledge. In ancient Egypt, August 8 was already considered a special day. We’re talking about the heliacal rising – the moment when the star Sirius rises shortly before the sun, announcing the Nile flood, a sign of fertility, renewal, of life itself. For the Egyptians, it was a sign from the gods: Sirius as a messenger of the heavens, a symbol of divine timing. Tradition connects Sirius to Isis, the goddess of magic, healing, and rebirth – guardian of a feminine light principle that nourishes, protects, and transforms.
Ancient cultures understood this time quality as an opening – not in the calendar, but in consciousness. When Sirius, Orion, and Earth align, an inner gate opens: an invitation to align yourself with what is true.

Write down a short sentence, e.g., “I stay in love, even when others gossip or rant,” or “I am kind – and I respect my boundaries.” Support gold with warmth: warm tones in your clothing, golden jewelry, warm food/drinks.
Plan Indigo for an evening reflection: What is really on my mind right now? Where is my energy going? Is there a theme that dominated the day? Enhancement: a deep indigo cloth as a base/anchor.
During the day, get into movement & create space: Consciously clear a little room – your calendar, your desk, your mind. Say no when you don’t have time. Move something, breathe, feel freer. That’s turquoise in action.
