When Numbers Spoke to Me
I still remember: as a teenager, I was fascinated by numerology. I took all sorts of tests—soul numbers, life path numbers, destiny numbers. It felt magical. And a bit secret. Later, numbers faded from my life for many years. They only came back when I began to align myself consciously. I am aligned.
Alignment means the conscious orientation toward your soul. Toward what is calling inside you. Just like my company is called: Alignment Coaching.
The more I focused on my soul, the less I was distracted by the outside world. And the less I was distracted, the more I began to see angel numbers: 11:11, 12:12, 14:14. Almost every hour. Maybe you’ve experienced that too?
These numbers reminded me of my soul. The one I truly am—before the world told me who I should be. A small reminder, often hourly.
Numerology: Ancient and Alive
Numerology is nothing new. Its roots go back thousands of years—to Babylon, to ancient Greece, to the Far East. Nearly every culture developed its own approach. But they all share one core belief: numbers carry meaning. Meaning that goes far beyond their numerical value.
For me, this meaning became very real in a deeply personal moment.
1,111 Days With Him
My father was someone who worried a lot—especially about others. And especially about me. He wanted me to be safe. Happy in a relationship. Well taken care of. When I moved to Canada, he wasn’t thrilled. 7,500 kilometers away, with a man he didn’t know. But at some point, he realized how truly happy we were.
He passed away last year, after a long illness. And on the day he let go—on the day he left us—my partner David and I had been together for exactly 1,111 days. That number has carved itself deep into my heart.
Since then, numbers have been with me again. As signs. As guidance. As quiet, loving reminders from my soul. Maybe you’ve experienced similar “coincidences”?
Is Seven Your Life Path Number?
Maybe you’re wondering: is the 77 portal and the number seven important in my life too?
Here’s how to find out: take your date of birth and add up all the digits. I was born on March 16, 1971. So: 1 + 6 + 3 + 1 + 9 + 7 + 1 = 28. Then 2 + 8 = 10, and 1 + 0 = 1. So my life path number is 1.

But even if not, July 7th holds a special power. Not because it’s an official portal day in the Mayan calendar—it isn’t. And yet, many perceive it as an energetic portal, due to the powerful frequency of the double seven. The 77 portal.
The Energy of the 77 portal
The number 7 stands for introspection. For truth. For connection to your soul. For soul alignment. It is the archetypal call inward—to clarity, depth, stillness. No wonder it plays such a big role for me—both professionally and personally. Everything I do revolves around this reconnection.
July is a good month to do less and listen more. The impulses of your soul don’t need to be loud. You just have to hear them.
The Heart as a Receiver and the 77 portal
And the best way to do that is through your heart chakra—your heart space. Your heart is the ear of your soul.
Place your hands on your heart. Breathe deeply. And ask yourself:
What do I need—right now—to be happy?
The answer is rarely Hawaii or winning the lottery. It’s almost always something basic: sleep, movement, water, closeness, rest. What was it for you?
If it’s movement—go. Drink something. Eat. Lie down.
Your heart knows the way.
Seven reminds you to listen to yourself again. To your needs. To your inner calling. Not to the noise of the world, but to your own field. Your truth.
The Chalice in Your Heart
Your heart chakra lies halfway between the root and crown chakras. It is the bridge between spirit and matter. The receiving center for higher frequencies. The place where you can truly feel your soul.
In color and ray teachings, the 7th ray is green—just like the heart chakra. Green stands for healing, truth, heart opening, and connection to your soul’s purpose. Everything points toward alignment.
If you like, you can consciously invite the color green into your life tomorrow. Take a walk in the forest. Drink green juice. Wear green clothes. Eat a fresh salad. Feel how this frequency touches you.
You can also do a short meditation—ideally tomorrow morning at 7 a.m. Breathe in the color green until your heart space is full. Let the light rise through your throat, forehead, crown—and then flow back into your heart. And then say to yourself:
I am supported. I am held. I am.
You fill your inner chalice—the sacred space within you—with your truth.
The Life Path Number Seven and the 77 Portal
Maybe you or someone close to you has the life path number 7. Then you know: Sevens have a strong inner drive. They are determined, intuitive, full of talents. But also full of doubts, distractions, and inner restlessness. Their path is rarely linear—but always deep.
Sevens think strategically and feel intuitively. They carry visions. They combine chaos with clarity. Many have access to the Akashic Records or the morphic field. Their high sensitivity can lead to headaches or overwhelm.
They often have trouble committing or staying focused. Relationships can be challenging. Their talents are present—but they often don’t take them seriously themselves.
The growth path lies in acceptance. In trust. In clarity:
You are allowed to be as you are.
You do not need to prove yourself.
Not through performance. Not by adapting.
You are here to live your truth.
